About Chef Paolo Fresh Pasta
Born and raised in Naples Italy, when I was a child I always had a curiosity towards food. Growing up I realized that curiosity became my passion. In 2011 I immigrated to Canada and made Montreal my new home. Working in several fine cuisine restaurants I realized what was missing in Montreal was Chef Paolo authentic Italian fresh pasta.
